Thai Lion Air operates direct flight from today

KATHMANDU, Aug 01: Thai Lion Air will operate flights from Kathmandu- Bangkok in Nepal from today. The Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation has given permission to operate flights 7 times per week.

The airline was supposed to be operated from July 1 but due to busy schedule it will now be operated from today. In the initial time the flights will be operated in Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The airlines will be arriving in Nepal at 12:45 pm and then it will again fly in 6:1:45 pm. It will be operating direct flight service. Before Thai Lion, Thai Airways and Nepal Air Corporation conducted flight service from Bangkok-Kathmandu. Thai Lion is the partner of Thai Airlines and now it will be conducting flight service in 22 different destinations. Thai Lions will be operating Boeing 737-800 in Nepal.
