Theme resort "Brindaban" to open in Archale, Pokhara

KATHMANDU, Mar 22: Enterpreneur Surendra Mani Poudel is launching a new theme resort at  Archale in Pokhara Lekhnath Municipality. The name of the resort operated under the Genia Group is 'Brindaban'. Brindaban is the place where Lord Krishna had spent his childhood and the design of the resort is made in same cultural structure. Poudel informed that the resort is going to be designed in new concept over an area of 50 ropanis.

Poudel said that in the first phase, there will be more than 100 million rupees in expenses excluding land in the resort. "We are preparing the structure that creates jungle environment for the customers," he said, "Archale will be successful to attract internal and external tourists by conducting a standard resort on the banks of a hill."

The main entrance of the resort will be made in the design of a flute. Tourists will also be able to observe environment of raring and caring of animals such as cows and buffaloes. He also mentioned, "fruits and vegetables will be produced in the resort according to the season."

Arrangements will be made to see the videos of 'Krishna Avatar' in various activities, giving a glimpse of the mythical stories. The resort will also feature a "Robotic Museum". He informed that there will be arrangement to review the resort on chariots and every visitor arriving in the resort will be gifted with a flute.
