Tourists face difficulty while returning from lukla

KATHMANDU, Sep 17: After a week, the tourists of Lukla have started returning Kathmandu as the weather gets clear. Due to unclear weather ships were not able to go there since last Sunday.

 


Rajkumar Chhetri, General Manager of Tribhuvan International Airport, told that on 10/12 flights were operated in TIA. Tara air, Sita air and Summit air has been flying to Lukla airport. Aang Pemba Sherpa, General Secretary of the Trekking Agencies Association of Nepal (TAAN), has reported about one hundred tourists were in trouble since one week as they were not able to return  due to the poor weather condition.

Most of the tourists have now arrived to Kathmandu.
