UNITRAV proposes 8 point reformation plans for Tourism sector

KATHMANDU, August 22: The Nepal Trekking, Travel, Rafting and Airlines Labor Union’s 12th convention has endorsed 8 point special proposal that focuses on the improvement of the tourism sector of Nepal.

The convention also has demanded for the complete implementation of the Labor Bill-2074, newly endorsed by the parliament.

Likewise, the convention also has demanded for the increment of the insurance amount by 30 percent claiming the present provision to be inappropriate along with the convention has demanded for appropriate implementation of the TIMS amount through the formation of appropriate legislative measure.

Apart from making the demands the convention also has anonymously approved the formation of 24 member committee under the President ship of Suman Prasad Parajuli.
