Viking 222 'model bus hand over to customers

KATHMANDU, Feb 02: Ashok Leyland, promoted by IME Motors Pvt. Ltd., has handed over Viking 222 model buses to its customers.
According to the company, all the models of vehicles handed over are from 2021.
The company has stated that more than 100 buses of these models are running on the road. The company claims that this bus is the most preferred bus route.
It has an inline fuel pump. There is also an H series engine. This results in lower fuel consumption and lower maintenance costs. The company says that the bus will be powered by an over-drive gearbox and will be able to travel comfortably at high speeds with a 180 hp engine.
Sales head Sushil Subedi said that this vehicle is different and reliable from other vehicles due to its high mileage including rear air suspension and direct drive. Viking vehicles have been running on every long distance route in Nepal.
The company has been providing special service to the customers as per the high demand. Service is available from 13 service networks. The company says that you can easily get parts and service if the vehicle breaks down anywhere.
