Wataniya Airways to embark flights in Nepali sky from tomorrow

KATHMANDU, Dec. 5: The Kuwait based Wataniya Airways is set to enter Nepali skies from Wednesday linking Nepal and Kuwait directly.

Making a release on Tuesday the Wataniya Airlines announced to start the 6 days weekly flights from Nepali capital Kathmandu to Kuwaiti Capital Kuwait City.

“Nestled more than 1,000 meters above the sea level, the City of Peace has proven to be the prime destination for those who seek a serene travel experience. With its historical sites, ancient temples, colorful shopping and markets, captivating villages and rich cultural heritages everyone who visits Nepal knows once is not enough to get the most of the spiritual city,” the Airways said in a statement made on eve of the embarking flight.

As per the schedule published along with the release the flight will take off from Kuwait at 3:30 PM (Kuwaiti Time) and land Kathmandu at 11 PM (Nepali Time). The returning flight will take off from Nepal at 11:59 PM (Nepali Time) and land in Kuwait at 2:30 AM (Kuwaiti Time).

The Airlines has stated that Thursday will be vacant with no flights to and fro Kathmandu or Kuwait.
