KATHMANDU, Sep 16: A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Monday has decided to open the domestic flights from September 17. Along with the decision, Yeti Airlines has opened its booking  for the tickets.

Likewise, Spokesperson Surdashan Bartaula informed that Tara Air has also opened the booking. "For the time being, we have decided to open flights for the destinations which were decided earlier, " said Bartaula. He said that despite the decision to open domestic flights on Monday evening, bookings were not open for all destinations due to a lack of information.

As the previous decisions were finally canceled, the passengers are confused about whether to book tickets immediately. Director-General of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Rajan Pokharel, said that it was not possible to ascertain which destinations to fly to due to lack of a full decision of the Council of Ministers. "As soon as the decision is made, we will sit down with the airline operators and decide on how many flights can be operated," he said.
