Yeti Airlines donates 1.628 million to social organisations

KATHMANDU May 8 : Yeti Airlines has given 1.628 million to four social organizations under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Airlines has handed over a cheque for Rs 407,016 each to four social organizations Habitat for Humanity, Marpha Foundation, Blinknow Foundation and World Vision International.
The total amount of assistance handed over was Rs 1.628 million, as per a issuing a statement .
The airline has been allocating four rupees per flight for a social cause. Till date, Yeti Airlines has provided assistance of Rs 16.938 million to various organisations.
The airline is also providing 50 percent discount to disabled people, 25 percent discount to senior citizens and 33. 33 percent discount, and infant 90 per cent , in all the sectors like Bhadrapur, Tumlingtar, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Bharatpur, Pokhara, Bhairahawa, Nepalgunj and Dhangadi to and from Kathmandu, which are served by Jetstream-41 aircraft.
