Int'l airport needs more infrastructure: Deuba
BHAIRAHAWA, Nov 29: Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has said the international airport could not be operated here for lack of adequate infrastructures.
"There is no immigration office here. There is no point in blaming others," he said, assuring that he would talk to the concerned sides to this regard in Kathmandu.
President Deuba said it while addressing Rupandehi district convention of the party here Tuesday.
Similarly, Deuba expressed hope that party leader Balkrishna Khand would get justice.
The party cadres had blamed that leader Khand was falsely implicated.
"It is natural for you to worry over leader Khand because you elected him. I, however, believe, he would get justice," Deuba added.
