LOD Club nominated for 'DJ Mag Top 100'

KATHMANDU, Jan 23:Thamel's Lord of the Drinks Club 'LOD' has been nominated for 'DJ Mag Top 100'.

DJ Mag, based in the United Kingdom, has again selected LOD Club Champion of the Year 2024. The magazine showcases 100 of the top club DJs from around the world.

Every year, DJ Mag selects the finest clubs from various nations.LOD has appealed for voting to be included in the list of top 100 clubs.

Bhupen Kunwar, the club's director, said that he is feeling proud because the name of Nepal will be associated with him when he is nominated for the selection of LOD DJ Mag Top 100.

He said that it can be proved that the club businessmen will also be able to make the name of the nation known if they are successful in the selection of 100 clubs.

'This time we expect to reach even higher,' Kunwar added. 'We are making good arrangements for the appropriate infrastructure, security arrangements, artists and DJ music for the club.'

Kunwar says that the reason for coming to Thamel recently is because of the clubbing culture.

He stated that nightlife and clubbing help to attract both internal and external tourists.

The LOD Club has previously been ranked 52nd and 49th in the world.
