NIIF invests in Classic View Resort Budhanilkantha.

KATHMANDU, March 13:Nepal Infrastructure Investment Fund (NIIF), a permanent capital vehicle co-founded by Global Equity Fund (GEF), Himalayan Life Insurance, and Himalayan Everest Insurance, has invested in Classic View Resort.

The view of the Shivpuri forest area can be seen from the luxury boutique resort.

Classic View Resort is a luxurious boutique establishment located in the hills of Budhanilkantha with a stunning view of the Nagarujung-Shivapuri National Park. The resort, which is currently in the last stages of building, is set to open in June.

It is said that one can enjoy eco-friendly boutique hotels in the resort.

It is said that the investment from NIIF will help to speed up the construction process.
