First AGM of Crest Micro Life Insurance conducted at Surkhet

KATHMANDU:The first annual general meeting of Crest Micro Life Insurance Limited was conducted in Surkhet.

The assembly unanimously approved the company's annual report, which was submitted by Rishiraj More, chairman of the board of directors. The assembly also approved a motion authorizing the board of directors to issue the company's common shares to the general public.

The assembly has elected Rishiraj More, Mridula Saria, Rohit Karan Baithi, and Vidur Puri, members of the company's founding group, as directors. Pavitra Lal Chuke has already been selected as independent director.

It also approved the proposal for the appointment of an external auditor for 080-81.
