Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank's two-day workshop seminar concluded

KATHMANDU:Mahalaxmi Bikas  Bank concluded a two-day training titled "Development of Leadership Unity and Physical Health." On the 26th and 27th of Falgun, the bank held a workshop in Sauraha in Chitwan in the presence of high-level officials, department heads, state leaders, central office workers, and branch managers.

The seminar included discussions about the future course of action to be taken in light of the current economic downturn, and it was stated that in this situation, the collective efforts of all levels of employees are required to expand the bank's business, protect customer rights, and provide excellent service.

It has been stated that there was much discussion about how to progress the bank's overall business expansion by making the most use of the remaining time in the fiscal year 2080/81.

Practical exercises were also undertaken throughout the workshop seminar to demonstrate the importance of employee collective unity, physical health, competent leadership, and good morale in achieving success.

Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank now operates 103 branch offices.
