Agreement between LS Capital and Shivashankar Investment

KATHMANDU:LS Capital and Shivashankar Investments have inked an agreement to provide corporate advisory services.

Bijaylal Shrestha, CEO of Capital, and Khageshwar Bohora, Chairman of Shivshankar Investments, inked the deal.

According to the agreement, Capital will oversee and assess all possibilities leading to Shivshankar Investments' initial public offering (IPO) through the Road to IPO.
