Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank concluded its financial literacy program

KATHMANDU:Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has concluded its financial literacy program.

During Global Money Week 2024, a financial literacy program focused on the importance of financial education for teenagers and young people.

The bank completed a financial literacy program in Amaltari, Pokhara, in collaboration with the Eco Tourism Agricultural Group and the Eco Tourism Youth Club.

At the event, Hari Prasad Sapkota, head of the bank's Kawasaki branch, and Tikaram Adhikari, head of the Danda branch, presentation to the club's chairman and more than 40 members.

The program was designed to provide information about financial services, savings accounts, loans, and various sorts of digital transactions. Participants said that such programs should be continued because banks were able to obtain more information on savings, loans, and banking activities through such financial literacy initiatives.

The bank currently provides cutting-edge services through 135 networks, 77 ATMs, and a variety of branchless service centers.
